BYBY FITNESS operates My PCOS Fit, a cycle-synced fitness service for PCOS-friendly movement, routine planning, and progress tracking. You can contact us at privacy@mypcosfit.com.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and account ID.
• Cycle and fitness information you choose to save, including cycle length, period start date, workouts, and routine progress.
• Usage, device, and security data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Billing metadata such as plan, subscription status, and renewal period. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

How we use information

We use your information to provide My PCOS Fit, save your cycle and workout preferences, manage your membership, protect accounts, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

Payments and third parties

Payments, invoices, tax handling, and subscription billing are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment and billing information directly under its own terms and privacy notice. We also use hosting, authentication, database, and infrastructure providers to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and fitness data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise app data within 90 days unless we need to retain certain records for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your rights
