30-day money-back guarantee

BYBY FITNESS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on My PCOS Fit memberships. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

New memberships include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and there's nothing to refund. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@mypcosfit.com and we'll help you submit the request.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation on its own does not automatically issue a refund — use the process above if you'd also like a refund of your most recent payment.
