About My PCOS Fit
My PCOS Fit is operated by BYBY FITNESS. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Fitness and health disclaimer
My PCOS Fit provides general fitness, cycle-syncing, routine-tracking, and educational content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or have specific health concerns.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid memberships renew automatically at the stated billing frequency unless cancelled. Pricing, billing frequency, and trial details are shown on our Pricing page before checkout. You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up to date.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, subscription billing, and payment-related support. Paddle's buyer terms may also apply at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, share access commercially, scrape or copy the service at scale, upload harmful code, or use My PCOS Fit for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Intellectual property
BYBY FITNESS and its licensors own the service, content, software, design, and branding. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use My PCOS Fit while your account is active and in good standing.
